Where is Our Luggage, Lufthansa?

Some co-workers and I went to Europe on Lufthansa Airlines for a business trip. On our return home to the Philippines in early August, our luggage, unfortunately, was lost. We filed all the appropriate lost luggage forms that Lufthansa asked us to fill out and we have called their Manila office everyday since our return but they still, to this day, cannot give us an answer as to where our luggage has gone!

We have filled out their forms. We have called their Manila office daily. We have called their Rome office, but no one there spoke English. We even sketched out our luggage for them!

They have no customer complaint service number nor is there an e-mail address listed for their customer "service." We are tired of waiting for our luggage. We are tired of having to call up Lufthansa to hear "There has been no reply from the Rome office." We have exhausted all other options to have our grievances heard. We now air this matter on the Web.
